Shipping, sizing, care and safety — answered.
How long does shipping take?
US standard shipping takes 3–7 business days and is free over $70. International orders take 8–20 business days. Every order ships with tracking.
Are the floating toys safe as life vests?
No. Our floating water toys are recreational toys for play only. They are not lifesaving or flotation safety devices and must not be relied upon to keep an animal afloat or safe in water. Always supervise your pet around water.
Does the sun shirt or cooling bandana protect against heatstroke or skin disease?
They are comfort accessories designed to help provide shade, reduce sun exposure and help your pet feel cooler. They are not medical devices and do not prevent, treat or cure any condition. Always provide shade and water, and consult your veterinarian about your pet's health.
Are the collapsible bowls safe for food and water?
Yes. The bowls are made from food-grade, BPA-free silicone intended for food contact. We recommend a quick hand-wash before first use; they're also top-rack dishwasher safe.
How do I choose the right size?
Each sized product (harnesses, shirts, robes) lists a size range on its product page. Measure your dog's chest girth and weight, and size up if they're between sizes. Email us if you're unsure — we're happy to help.
How do I care for my gear?
Rinse with fresh water after beach or pool use, then air dry. Most items are machine washable on cold — check the care note on each product page. Avoid bleach and high heat to keep quick-dry coatings working.
What is your return policy?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Opened items used by a pet can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Anything damaged in transit is replaced free. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed over a secure, encrypted connection. We never store your full card details.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes — we work with pet-friendly cafés, beach rentals and resorts. Visit our Wholesale page to request a quote.
